We're uber-famous for our Fruit Curds and Fruit Jams and both are made from fresh fruits (unless they're not in season). Fruit curds are creamy and buttery and fruity and thinner than our Fruit Jams, which are thick and chock full of fresh fruit chunks.
Chancaca is a glorious honey-based Peruvian sauce that's out-of-this-world, not too sweet and has a nice "bite." The dessert sauce is made with panela sugar (unrefined whole cane sugar), orange peels and cinnamon.
